Read our exchange periods, conditions and how to request an exchange from Network & System Solutions.
At Network & System Solutions, we aim to make exchanges clear and protect our customers' rights under Egyptian law.
Exchanges within 14 days
Consumers may exchange a product or return it for a refund within 14 days of receipt, without giving a reason or bearing expenses, subject to the exceptions established by law.
Defective products within 30 days
If a product is defective within 30 days of receipt, consumers may request an exchange or return for a refund at no additional cost. The request is fulfilled within one week of contacting us, with refunds made using the original payment method, in accordance with the law.
Original condition and custom orders
Change-of-mind exchanges do not apply where the consumer has changed the product's condition, where its nature, characteristics or packaging prevent restoration to its original condition, or where it was made to customer-specified requirements and meets those requirements.
Requests involving cut-to-length cables or products prepared to order are reviewed according to the customization and agreed specifications. This does not remove legal rights relating to defects or non-conformity.
How to request an exchange
Contact us on WhatsApp at +20 106 899 9661 or the email address below. Include your order number or invoice details, product name, receipt date and the reason for your request, if any. Photos can help explain an issue.
Our team will coordinate product handover, inspection and the exchange or return in accordance with your legal rights. Please retain and include any available packaging and accessories where possible.
Your rights remain protected
This policy does not limit any better rights or warranties provided to consumers by law. Consumer protection rules apply where applicable, taking account of the nature and terms of the transaction.
